Tomorrow is the anniversary of Mark’s death.
Today I say this: I miss Mark.
Mark was loved. Mark was important. Mark is missed.
You are loved. You are important. You would be missed.
I know it is hard. I really know that right now. Not having a secure home is making me hella anxious and making it harder to control my delusions. My eczema and psoriasis are off the charts. I can’t stop coughing. Getting out of bed is a real struggle.
But it gets better. It gets better. It gets better.
You are loved. You are important. You are a valuable addition to the world.
